Standard Rates

• $175 per hour
  (3-hour minimum required)
  Drive time is included in the hourly rate if pickup is outside of the Portsmouth area.
• Fuel Surcharge:
  • Additional $50 for every 100 miles after the initial serviceable 100 miles
• Gratuity:
  A 20% gratuity (calculated on the total bill minus fuel surcharge) will be added to your final invoice.

Refunds & Cancellations

• A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.

Cancellation Timeline & Refunds:

• 7+ days before event – Full refund issued within 10 business days
• 4–6 days before event – 50% refund issued within 10 business days
• 3 days or less (or no-shows) – No refund; full charge applies
